目的:调查台州市黄岩区空气中致敏真菌种类、数量,了解气传真菌的散布与季节、天气变化的消长规律,对本地区真菌过敏性变态反应疾病的诊断和防治提供参考。方法:采用全国统一标准连续24小时曝片法,在台州市黄岩区设曝片点,每日定时换片并记录当日气象资料(温度、相对湿度、降雨量等),收集2013年9月01日至2014年8月31日一年中气传真菌样品和气象资料。每天在显微镜下统计真菌孢子或菌丝。结果:台州市黄岩区空气中全年都有真菌孢子飘散,4至9月份月均收集到的真菌孢子数较多,为真菌孢子飘散的相对高峰期,10月至次年3月月均收集到的真菌孢子数较少,为飘散的相对低谷期。全年曝片共收集到真菌孢子6884个,其中链格孢菌4056个(59.92%)、黑粉菌842(12.23%)、枝孢菌349个(5.10%)、小球腔菌236个(3.43%)、锈菌227个(3.3%)等。结论:台州市黄岩区全年均有气传真菌分布,链格孢菌、黑粉菌、枝孢菌是空气中的优势菌种。气温和降雨量是影响气传真菌的主要因素,当气温在20.9℃左右、降雨量在217mm左右时,气传真菌的繁殖速度明显加快,达到飘散高峰。“,”Objective To investigate the species,amount and seasonal distribution of airborne fungi spores and the effect of meteorological factors on airborne fungal spores in Taizhou city Huangyan area.Methods Various air samples in the designated areas in Taizhou city Huangyan area were harvested with the national standardized fungal sampler on dialy basis from Sep.1th,2013 to August. 31th,2014. Airborne fungi were quantitatively counted under microscope.Results The fungi aerosols were present throughout whole year. More than 20 categories of airborne fungi were found and among which the most dominate fungi were,Tripospernum sp,Ustsilagianles,Ciadosporium sp,Uredinales,etc.Conclusions The air borne fungi can be found throughout the year,and weather shown a significant correlation with the number of airborne fungal spores.
