目的:通过对宝坻区基层妇幼保健机构的卫生人力资源进行现状分析,探讨妇幼保健机构人力资源配置存在的问题,为该区合理配置卫生人力资源提供科学依据。方法:采用统一的调查表,对32家从事妇幼保健服务的基层卫生服务中心卫生人力资源情况进行调查,对数据进行描述性研究。结果:宝坻区基层妇幼保健机构卫生人员数量不足,学历层次低,职称构成和执业类别构成不合理。结论:宝坻区应积极开展区域卫生规划,不断完善卫技人员专业结构,提高妇幼卫生技术人员素质。
Objective: To analyze the status quo of health human resources in maternal and child health care institutions in Baodi district, discuss the existing problems of human resources allocation in maternal and child health institutions, and provide scientific basis for rational allocation of health human resources in this area. Methods: A unified questionnaire was used to investigate the health human resources of 32 primary health service centers engaged in maternal and child health services, and the data were descriptively studied. Results: The number of health workers in primary maternal and child health care institutions in Baodi district was not enough, the educational level was low, the composition of professional titles and the practice categories were not reasonable. Conclusion: Baodi District should actively carry out regional health planning, constantly improve the professional structure of health professionals, and improve the quality of MCH technical personnel.
