利用自洽有限元法研究了在纤维端点界面脱粘的短纤维复合材料的有 效弹性性能问题。计算了含有纤维端头裂纹的单向短纤维复合材料的有效纵 向拉伸模量和纵向剪切模量,并分析了体分比、刚度比、长径比等物理、几何 因素的影响。通过与现有结果的比较,证实了本文结果的合理性。研究表明, 纤维端头裂纹对有效纵向拉伸模量和剪切模量均有明显的影响。
The self-consistent finite element method was used to study the effective elastic properties of staple fiber composites debonded at the fiber end points. The effective longitudinal tensile modulus and longitudinal shear modulus of unidirectional short fiber composites with fiber tip cracks were calculated and the influence of physical and geometric factors such as volume fraction, stiffness ratio and aspect ratio were analyzed. Through the comparison with the existing results, the rationality of the results in this paper is confirmed. Studies have shown that the fiber tip cracks have significant effects on the effective longitudinal tensile modulus and shear modulus.
