混凝土配合比设计中水胶比、砂率、外加剂掺量及粉煤灰掺量等参数需要根据原材料品质进行调整,但在实际试验过程中,常根据经验或厂家推荐指标确定,可能会造成方案不合理,难以指导施工。本文系统阐述了江西省洪屏抽水蓄能电站混凝土配合比方案设计思路,包括:根据试配方案的28d混凝土强度成果,使用最小二乘法确定各个配合比方案水胶比;根据拌和物的工作性与用水量关系、拌和物的和易性与强度损失关系、水泥净浆流动度损失确定混凝土配合比的砂率、粉煤灰掺量以及外加剂掺量参数;根据设计强度、工作性以及耐久性要求,制定符合工程实际的混凝土配合比设计方案。实践证明:配合比优化设计方案既缩短了配制时间又经济可靠。
