目的：探讨抗抑郁剂对老年抑郁症患者血钠的影响。方法对1106例老年抑郁症患者应用黛力新、西酞普兰、帕罗西汀、舍曲林治疗前后血钠水平的变化及其影响因素进行回顾性分析。结果本组老年抑郁症患者在服用抗抑郁剂治疗后,16.5%出现血钠水平下降,7.4%发生低钠血症；较低基线血钠浓度、合用利尿剂、合并呼吸道感染、临床诊断类别较多(>5个)、女性、高龄是发生低钠血症的重要危险因素。结论老年抑郁症患者服用抗抑郁剂治疗后应注意血清钠水平的监测,预防发生低钠血症。“,”Objective To explore the influences of antidepressants on hyponatre-mia in senile patients.Methods Pre-and post-treatment blood sodium changes and influencing factors were retrospectively analyzed in 1,106 senile patients on deanxit,citalopram,paroxetine and sertraline. Results Blood sodium level lowered in 1 6.5% of senile patients on antidepressants and hyponatremia oc-curred in 7.4%;lower baseline blood sodium levels,combined with diuretics,complicated respiratory tract infections,more clinical diagnoses (>5),female and advanced age were important risk factors devel-oping hyponatremia.Conclusion Serum sodium should be monitored in senile patients on antidepressants to prevent the development of hyponatremia.
