目的:定量分析膀胱癌细胞DNA含量,为临床量化膀胱癌的异型性提供依据。方法:以5μm石蜡切片DNA染色,将该病理切片于图像分析仪上测定出膀胱癌细胞的DNA含量,随访对应患者的生存与复发。结果:正常人膀胱粘膜上皮细胞DNA为二倍体型,异倍体出现率随膀胱癌病理级别、临床分期及复发率的增高而增高。结论:图像分析法用于膀胱癌细胞DNA定量分析可有效地判断膀胱癌的异型性特点,可提高对膀胱癌恶性程度、预后及复发的认识。
Objective: To quantitatively analyze the DNA content of bladder cancer cells and provide the basis for clinical quantification of atypia of bladder cancer. Methods: DNA was stained with 5μm paraffin section, and the DNA content of bladder cancer cells was determined by image analysis on the pathological section. The patients’ survival and recurrence were followed up. Results: DNA of normal human bladder epithelial cells was diploid. The incidence of aneuploidy increased with the pathological grade, clinical stage and recurrence rate of bladder cancer. Conclusion: The quantitative analysis of DNA in bladder cancer cells by image analysis can effectively determine the atypical features of bladder cancer and improve the understanding of malignancy, prognosis and recurrence of bladder cancer.
