屡屡出现的企业伦理与社会责任问题引发了更多的社会思考:企业的社会责任到底在哪里?企业提升其履行社会责任的能力,有利于企业“软实力”的形成与提高,也有利于促进其可持续发展。但同时在静态博弈中,率先导入社会责任机制的企业可能遭遇利润损失和逆向选择的风险。要规避这些风险,应该建立相应的社会补偿机制,充分发挥政府的推动作用,完善信息传导机制,减少信息的不对称性。
The repeated problems of corporate ethics and social responsibility arouse more social thinking: Where is the corporate social responsibility?
