上海市中原中学为加大青年教师的培养力度,促进青年教师的快速成长,使之尽快成为成熟的教育、教学能手, 从本学期起,学校为每位35岁以下的青年教师建立了成长记录卡。内容包括教学常规、教学科研、教改实验等各个方面。学校教学管理部门可将每次学校对教学常规(如备课、命题、作业批改等)抽查的情况记录在每位青年教师的成长记录卡上,青年教师也可将自己在一学期中的主要工作(如公开课、撰写论文、研究型课程、辅导学生等)的情况记录在卡上。青年教师在一学期或是一学年后,通过自己的成长记录卡可以很清楚地回顾自己一年中的工作,可以帮助青年教师更好地审视自己的成长过程,为自己设定新一阶段的发展目标提供依据。学校希望青年教师能够制定好自己的发展规划,并对照成长记录卡督促、检查自己的工作,促进本人更好的成长。(丁国平)
