上世纪90年代末到本世纪初,随着天津市构筑滨海新区发展框架,实施“工业东移”的战略决策和滨海新区纳入国家发展战略,中心城区面临重大的产业结构调整。河西区曾是天津现代工业的重要支撑区,而面对第二产业转移的经济缺失,提出了“退二进三”大力发展现代服务业的战略选择。本文结合河西区楼宇经济发展的实际情况,对河西区楼宇经济发展的现状及存在的问题进行了剖析,总结成绩,找出不足,并提出了今后河西区如何加快发展楼宇经济的对策建议,为提升河西区楼宇经济发展水平提供一定的参考。
From the late 1990s to the beginning of this century, as Tianjin constructs the development framework of Binhai New Area, implements the strategic decision of “industrial eastward shift” and Binhai New Area into the national development strategy, the central urban area faces major industrial restructuring. Hexi District used to be an important support area for Tianjin’s modern industry. In the face of the lack of economy in the transfer of the second industry, a strategic choice of vigorously developing the modern service industry was proposed. Based on the actual situation of building economic development in Hexi District, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of building economic development in Hexi District, summarizes the achievements and finds out the deficiencies, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to speed up the development of building economy in Hexi District. Improve Hexi District building economic development level to provide some reference.
