基于重点国有林区2003~2014年84个森工企业面板数据,采用DEA-Malmquist模型评估了两种全要素生产率,运用SYS-GMM动态面板模型研究影响因素进行实证分析,结果显示:(1)森工企业单属性全要素生产率增长比多属性全要素生产率更快;(2)森工企业两种全要素生产率增长均主要得益于技术进步的贡献;(3)全要素生产率增长具有明显的累积效应,即森工企业前期全要素生产率增长越快,现期全要素生产率增长越快;(4)地区经济发展水平有利于全要素生产率增长,但非政府投资不利于全要素生产率增长。最后,讨论了这些结论的政策启示。
Based on the panel data of 84 forest industry enterprises from 2003 to 2014 in key state-owned forest areas, two total factor productivity were evaluated by using DEA-Malmquist model and the influencing factors were analyzed by using the dynamic panel model SYS-GMM. The results showed that: (1) (2) The total factor productivity growth of forest industry enterprises is mainly due to the contribution of technological progress; (3) The total factor productivity growth has obvious Cumulative effect, that is, the faster growth of TFP in forestry enterprises and the faster growth of total factor productivity in the current period; (4) The level of regional economic development is conducive to the growth of total factor productivity, but non-government investment is not conducive to the growth of TFP. Finally, the policy implications of these conclusions are discussed.
