在大田栽培条件下研究3种转phyA2基因玉米C63、C83-1-7和C84-1-14对土壤有机磷的利用能力及玉米磷素营养状况。初步结果表明,转phyA2基因玉米能有效利用土壤有机磷,与阴性对照相比,转phyA2基因玉米生长发育状况更好,磷素积累量更多,可获得更高的生物量和子粒产量,转基因玉米C63、C83-1-7和C84-1-14单株磷积累量分别是阴性对照的7.8倍、1.6倍和2.5倍,单株子粒产量分别是阴性对照的5.5倍、1.5倍和2.1倍。在大田栽培条件下转phyA2基因玉米生长状况好于阴性对照。
Under field conditions, the utilization of three transgenic plants, phyto2 gene C63, C83-1-7 and C84-1-14, on soil organic phosphorus and phosphorus status of maize were studied. Preliminary results showed that phyA2 transgenic maize could effectively utilize soil organic phosphorus. Compared with the negative control, transgenic maizeA2 transgenic maize had better growth and development, more phosphorus accumulation and higher biomass and grain yield. Transgenic The accumulation of P in corn C63, C83-1-7 and C84-1-14 was 7.8 times, 1.6 times and 2.5 times of the negative control respectively, and the yield per plant was 5.5 times, 1.5 times and 2.1 times of the negative control respectively . The growth of maize transformed with phyA2 gene under field cultivation was better than that of negative control.
