以推进素质教育为宗旨的教育改革,要求课堂教学以发展学生的主体性为目标。而新课程倡导的“以人为本”理念已经深入人心,但反观平时的教学,教师依然是为了完成课前的教学设计而教。这样的课堂,成了教师展示自我的舞台,却把学生作为精彩演出的配角。如何让“每一个学生都得到发展”这一理念落在实处? To promote quality education for the purpose of education reform, requiring classroom teaching to develop students’ subjectivity as the goal. The new curriculum advocated “people-oriented ” concept has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, but contrary to the usual teaching, teachers are still teaching in order to complete the pre-lesson design.
