研究显示,在大负荷训练期间,不论男女POMS总积分(T—POMS)比非赛季基础积分皆显著升高,减量后T—POMS与自感疲劳指数(RPE)明显改善;期间T—POMS与RPE之间呈线性相关;大负荷训练期间,不论男女处于过度疲劳状态的T—POMS与其非赛季基础积分的升高程度皆显著高于非过度疲劳状态的T—POMS的升高程度;当T—POMS比自己非赛季基础积分升高55%以上,且亚疲劳积分大于精力充沛积分时则可考虑该柔道运动员有早期过度疲劳。
