目的观察去窦弓神经(SAD)对大鼠肾组织结构改变的影响。方法10周龄SD大鼠行SAD或Sham,用组织病理学和计算机图像分析技术对SAD术后4(n=9)、8(n=9)、16(n=9)和32(n=7)周及相应Sham组(n=10)大鼠肾组织连续切片进行观察和比较。结果与Sham相比,SAD大鼠肾小球系膜基质增加,系膜细胞增生,毛细血管丛塌陷、纤维化,Bowman囊壁增厚,肾入球小动脉和小叶内动脉进行性管壁增厚、玻璃样变、管腔狭窄、血管周纤维化和血管周围炎,肾小管管型和上皮萎缩。在16和32周,出现取代缺失肾组织的局灶性纤维疤痕。结论单纯性血压不稳定亦可引起类似于实验性高血压模型或人高血压的肾组织结构改变。
Objective To observe the effect of sinoaortic denervation (SAD) on the renal structure in rats. Methods SAD or Sham were performed in 10-week-old SD rats. The histopathological and computerized image analysis techniques were used to detect the expression of SAD or Sham in SAD patients after 4 (n = 9), 8 (n = 9), 16 (n = 7) weeks and the corresponding Sham group (n = 10) rat kidney tissue sections were observed and compared. Results Compared with Sham, the glomerular mesangial matrix of SAD rats increased, mesangial cells proliferated, capillary plexus collapsed, fibrosis, Bowman’s wall thickening, renal pelvis arterioles and lobular internal arterial wall increased Thick, glassy, luminal stenosis, perivascular fibrosis and perivascular inflammation, tubule tubular and epithelial atrophy. At 16 and 32 weeks, focal fibrous scarring occurred in place of missing kidney tissue. Conclusions Simple blood pressure instability may also cause renal tissue structural changes similar to experimental hypertensive models or human hypertension.
