以不同温度下培育的黄瓜幼苗为试验材料 ,研究不同育苗温度下黄瓜幼苗生理状况及低温处理过程中生理生化变化规律。研究结果表明 ,育苗温度对黄瓜幼苗抗冷性有明显影响 ,适当降低育苗温度 ,叶片中抗冷保护物质增加 ,低温处理过程中 SOD、POD活性升高 ,电解质渗透率和 MDA含量降低 ,冷害症状减轻 ;自然条件下和低温处理过程中生理生化指标的变化与低温下冷害指数的变化一致 ;幼苗承受低温锻炼的能力与锻炼前的抗冷能力密切相关。
The cucumber seedlings grown at different temperatures were used as experimental materials to study the physiological and biochemical changes of cucumber seedlings under different seedling raising temperatures. The results showed that the seedling temperature had significant effects on the chilling resistance of cucumber seedlings, the temperature of seedling raising was reduced, the cold-protection substances increased, the activities of SOD and POD increased, the electrolyte permeability and MDA content decreased, The change of physiological and biochemical indexes under natural conditions and low temperature treatment was consistent with the change of chilling injury index under low temperature. The ability of seedlings to withstand low temperature exercise was closely related to the ability of cold resistance before exercise.
