目的了解造成过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌器运行故障的原因。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对2011年1月-2015年10月期间灭菌器运行情况进行分析,查找运行故障的具体原因。结果共运行3 149锅次,其中灭菌循环因故障取消298次,运行故障率为9.46%。结论发生运行故障的主要阶段为箱体降压阶段,占总运行故障的84.22%,主要原因为器械干燥不彻底,由此而造成的经济损失平均每年为3 345元。
Objective To understand the reasons for the malfunction of hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer. Methods The retrospective investigation method was used to analyze the operation of sterilizer during January 2011-October 2015 to find out the specific causes of operation failure. Results A total of 3 149 pots were operated. Among them, the sterilization cycle was canceled 298 times due to failure and the failure rate was 9.46%. Conclusions The main stage of operational failure is the depressurization stage of the tank, accounting for 84.22% of the total operational failure. The main reason is that the equipment is not completely dry, and the economic loss caused by this is an average of RMB3,345 per annum.
