宿州市第一轧花厂是一个集轧花、榨油、织布、食用菌种植等综合型厂家。该厂多年来开展了多种形式的职工教育活动,职工队伍逐渐成为专业型、知识型。在全厂320名职工中,具有大专学历的18人,中专和高中毕业生155人。他们的主要做法是: 一、争取专业技术人才,扩大职工技术队伍。1991年初,工厂面临改建、扩建工程,但由于多年来仅靠单一的轧花维持生产,新建项目的榨油车间缺少专业技术人才。为此厂领导多次到合肥粮校,先后争得6名油脂专业的毕业
The first ginning plant in Suzhou is a comprehensive manufacturer of ginning, oil pressing, weaving, and mushroom cultivation.
