介绍了开环聚合制备聚乳酸(PLA)采用的稀土催化剂。该类催化剂具有高活性、反应可控、保持单体旋光性的特点,简要分析了单组分和多组分体系催化剂的优缺点,结果表明,选择不同的催化剂可提高反应速率和转化率,得到分子量可控分布更窄的聚乳酸。文中指出简化工艺流程和选择更好的纯化方法,能促进稀土催化剂在聚乳酸的合成生产中实现工业化。
The rare earth catalyst used in the preparation of polylactic acid (PLA) by ring-opening polymerization was introduced. The catalyst has the characteristics of high activity, controlled reaction, and maintaining the optical activity of the monomer. The advantages and disadvantages of the single-component and multi-component catalysts are briefly analyzed.
