实习顾名思义,在实践中学习,任何知识源于实践,归于实践,同时也是护理教育的主导部分,从理论过渡到实践,由理论结合实践正是临床教学真正意义和作用所在[1]。随着患者及家属法律意识的增强和对护理诸多方面要求的提高,给临床各科室的护理带教带来了更大的难度。笔者就耳鼻喉—头颈外科带教中存在的难点、重点进行分析,并提出更好的建议及对策,以期进一步提高耳鼻喉—头颈外科护理教学质量。1带教资料2012年4月-2014年2月我院耳鼻喉—头颈外科接纳实
