~(85)Sr注入静脉后,大鼠全身Sr的滞留可拟合成二项指数方程,方程参数在幼年组与成年、老年组间有显著差异(P<0.01),而成年与老年组之间差异不明显,慢库室的生物半排期Tb_2从幼年至老年组依次减小。骨滞留方程中,幼年组的生物半排期明显小于成年组和老年组。估算的全身及红骨髓剂量,幼年组是成年组的4.2倍,是老年组的6.2和5.9倍。剂量累积速度以幼年组最快,成年和老年组大致相等。
After the injection of ~ (85) Sr into the vein, the retention of Sr in the rat body can be fitted into the bi-exponential equation. The parameters of the equation have significant difference between young group and adult and old group (P <0.01) There was no significant difference between the two groups. Tb 2, biological half-life of slow-chamber decreased from young to old. Bone retention equation, the biological half-life of young group was significantly less than the adult group and the elderly group. Estimated systemic and red marrow doses, 4.2 times in the juvenile group and 6.2 and 5.9 times in the elderly group, respectively. The dose accumulation rate was the fastest in juvenile group and roughly the same in adult and aged group.
