结合一种新开发的高压天然气气液两相分离器,讨论了气液两相分离技术和设计方法;叙述了几种主要分离元件的特征及其液泛速度与分离器压力的关系曲线;提供了日处理天然气量为0.4×104~7.0×104m3大范围工况条件下,天然气井场进行的工业性实验结果。该分离器具有体积小,工作弹性大,分离效率高等特点。其净化天然气品质达到了美国APISpec.12J标准。 Combined with a newly developed gas-liquid two-phase separator for high pressure natural gas, the gas-liquid two-phase separation technology and design method are discussed. The characteristics of several main separation elements and the relationship between liquid flooding velocity and separator pressure are described. The results of an industrial experiment carried out on natural gas well sites under the conditions of a large area of ​​0.4 × 104 ~ 7.0 × 104m3 with daily natural gas processing capacity. The separator has a small size, flexible work, high separation efficiency. Its purified natural gas quality reached the United States APISpec. 12J standard.
