调研高校图书馆学科服务的基本模式,提出应该引入Web2.0“长尾理论”完善学科服务体系,并以上海交通大学图书馆学科服务中特色板块“鲜悦Living library”的实践经验证明,图书馆学科服务可以有效聚类读者长尾群,满足长尾用户群体的信息交流需求。
This paper investigates the basic mode of academic library service in colleges and universities and puts forward that we should introduce Web2.0 “long tail theory ” to improve the service system of discipline, and take the practice of the characteristic plate “Joyful Living library ” in the discipline service of Shanghai Jiaotong University Experience shows that library discipline services can effectively cluster reader long tail groups to meet the long-tail user community information exchange needs.
