对Cu-35Zn合金首先采用模压形变十道次后再进行30%冷轧,随后再进行不同温度的退火热处理,研究了经模压形变后冷轧的Cu-35Zn合金的热稳定性。结果表明:模压形变后冷轧可以细化Cu-35Zn合金的晶粒,并有效地提高其强度和硬度。经模压形变后冷轧的Cu-35Zn合金在200℃以下退火时,材料组织处于回复阶段;在220℃退火时,形成具有大角度晶界的亚晶;在300~400℃的温度范围内,完成再结晶及晶粒长大过程。
The Cu-35Zn alloy was first cold-rolled by 30% for 10 times and then annealed at different temperatures. The thermal stability of Cu-35Zn alloy after cold forming was studied. The results show that the cold rolling after press-forming can refine the grains of Cu-35Zn alloy and improve the strength and hardness effectively. When the Cu-35Zn alloy cold-rolled by compression-molding is annealed below 200 ℃, the microstructure of the Cu-35Zn alloy is in the recovery stage. When annealed at 220 ℃, the subgrains with large-angle grain boundaries are formed. In the temperature range of 300-400 ℃, Complete recrystallization and grain growth process.
