通过对372名“90后”进行问卷调查研究,从员工个性、生活、情感等多方面分析员工思想政治工作的现状,“90后”员工普遍对目前的思想政治工作认识不足,再者企业思想政治工作比较死板,缺乏创新,员工有排斥抵触情绪,这对思想政治工作造成很大阻力。目前工作中的难点是做好“90后”思想政治工作,必须具备求真务实的态度,只有充分了解他们,改变工作作风和工作方式,强化思想政治工作者队伍,才能调动员工的工作积极性。
Through the questionnaire survey of 372 post-90s, we analyze the status quo of employees’ ideological and political work from many aspects such as employee’s personality, life and emotion. After 90s, employees generally do not have enough understanding of current ideological and political work, Furthermore, the relatively rigid ideological and political work in enterprises, the lack of innovation, and the exclusion of resistance by employees have caused great resistance to ideological and political work. At present, the difficulty in our work is to do a good job in ideological and political work after the “90s.” We must have a realistic and pragmatic attitude. Only by fully understanding them, changing their work style and working style, and strengthening the ranks of ideological and political workers, can their work be mobilized Positivity.
