用 ̄(14)C示踪方法对鄂棉14、鄂棉16及鄂荆1号三个棉花品种叶片的光合速率及(14) ̄C-光合作用产物的分配进行了比较研究,结果是:苗期、蕾期鄂荆1号光合能力最强,鄂棉14次之,鄂棉16最弱,铃期鄂棉16与鄂荆1号的光合能力相接近;铃期 ̄(14)C-光合产物分配到生殖器官的量,鄂荆1号占总输出的34.07%,鄂棉16占32.53%,鄂棉14占25.51%;鄂棉14营养生长转入生殖生长较鄂棉16及鄂荆1号迟。
The photosynthetic rate and the distribution of (14) C-photosynthetic products in three cotton cultivars of Emeian 14, Emeian 16 and Jingjing 1 were compared by using (14) C tracer method. The results were as follows: The photosynthetic capacity of the seedlings at the seedling stage and the bud stage of Jing-1 was the strongest, that of the E-cotton was 14 times, that of the E-cotton 16 was the weakest, and that of the E-cotton 16 was similar to that of the Jing- Photosynthesis products assigned to the amount of reproductive organs, the total output of Hubei Jing 1 No. 34.07%, E cotton 32 accounted for 32.53%, E cotton 14 accounted for 25.51%; E Mian 14 vegetative growth into reproductive growth than Emeian 16 and Jing-1 late.
