磷霉素是1967年由美国默克公司和西班牙CEPA公司从西班牙土壤中的链丝菌中发现的一种广谱抗生素,其分子量很小,是一个不同于其它任何一种抗生素结构的全新抗生素。1972年我国完成了生产工艺研究。其分子结构与磷酸烯醇丙酮酸相似,故可竞争同一转移酶,使细菌细胞壁的合成受到阻抑而导致其死亡。对于任何抗菌药物都不可避免的耐药菌问题,磷霉素钠也亦然,但发展较为缓慢。现就其在我院儿科应用作
Fosfomycin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic discovered in 1967 by streptococci from the soil of Spain by Merck and CEPA of Spain. It has a very small molecular weight and is a brand new antibiotic that is different from any other antibiotic structure . In 1972 our country completed the production technology research. Its molecular structure similar to phosphoenolpyruvate, it can compete with the same transferase, so that bacterial cell wall synthesis was suppressed and led to its death.
