近几年我国水资源不断短缺,对工业企业来说,由于对水的需求较大,水源不能及时供应,企业就不能扩大规模进行生产发展。和发达国家相比,我国的工业企业也在水资源上浪费很大,单位的工业产值取水量还是赶不上发达国家。这几年发展迅速较快的一种技术就是膜分离技术,安全环保、分离效果好、操作简单而且占地小。由于水资源短缺这种状况,在工业污水处理中可以利用膜法水处理技术回用污水。基于此本文针对工业企业污水,研究了企业废水处理中的膜分离集成技术,通过具体的工程例子介绍,希望可以给相关人员提供借鉴。
In recent years, China’s water resources continue to be in short supply. For industrial enterprises, enterprises can not expand their scale to carry out production and development because of the large demand for water and the inability to supply water in a timely manner. Compared with the developed countries, China’s industrial enterprises are also wasting a lot of water resources, the unit’s industrial output or catch up with industrialized countries. A rapid development in recent years, a technology that is membrane separation technology, environmental safety, separation effect is good, simple operation and small footprint. Due to the shortage of water resources, membrane wastewater treatment can be used to recycle the wastewater in industrial wastewater treatment. Based on this, aiming at the wastewater of industrial enterprises, this paper studies the membrane separation and integration technology in the wastewater treatment of enterprises. Through the introduction of specific engineering examples, it is hoped that it can provide references for relevant personnel.
