目的:研究富硒酵母的急性毒性、遗传毒性和亚急性毒性。方法:应用小鼠急性经口毒性试验、A-mes试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验及大鼠30 d喂养试验进行毒性观察。结果:该富硒酵母对雌雄小鼠LD50均大于20000 mg/kg.bw;Ames试验、微核试验和精子畸形试验均为阴性。30 d喂养试验各实验组动物生长发育良好,血常规及血生化各指标均在本实验室正常值范围内,未见有意义的病理改变。结论:该富硒酵母为无毒级物质,未见有遗传毒性和亚急性毒性作用。
Objective: To study the acute toxicity, genotoxicity and subacute toxicity of selenium-enriched yeast. Methods: Toxicity was observed by acute oral toxicity test in mice, A-mes test, micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes, sperm abnormality in mice and 30-day feeding test in rats. Results: LD50 of the selenium-enriched yeast in both male and female mice was more than 20000 mg / kg.bw; Ames test, micronucleus test and sperm abnormality test were all negative. 30 d feeding test Animals in each experimental group grew well and all indexes of blood and blood biochemistry were within the normal range of this laboratory. No significant pathological changes were observed. Conclusion: The selenium-enriched yeast is a non-toxic material and has no genotoxic and subacute toxic effects.
