采用田间随机区组试验,以大面积种植品种‘TN86’为对照,结合田间植物学、农艺、产量性状、外观质量评价及内在化学成分分析,以综合鉴定云南白肋烟杂交选育新品系的田间性状,为品种的选育及利用提供依据。结果表明,H1211-1生长整齐,长势强,平均产量、产值高于CK,各成分含量适宜,比例较协调;其余品系各经济性状均低于CK;I1421-2成熟度差,调制后光泽较暗,711-12-1易感白粉病,711-2-2-3-1株高矮,节距小,易感白粉病和气候性斑点病,总糖、还原糖偏高,比例欠协调,712-10-1-3易感病毒病,713-8-2-2整齐度差,调制后烟叶光泽较暗。
A randomized block experiment was conducted in the field. Based on the large-area cultivar ’TN86’, and combining with field botany, agronomic traits, yield traits, appearance quality evaluation and internal chemical composition analysis, a comprehensive identification of new lines of Yunnan burley tobacco Field traits, breed breeding and use provide the basis. The results showed that H1211-1 grew neatly, grew vigorously with the average yield and output value higher than CK. The content of each component was suitable and the proportion was more harmonious. The economic traits of other strains were lower than CK. The maturity of I1421-2 was poor. Dark, 711-12-1 susceptible powdery mildew, 711-2-2-3-1 plant height, small pitch, susceptible powdery mildew and climate spot disease, total sugar, reducing sugar is high, the proportion of less coordinated, 712-10-1-3 susceptible virus disease, 713-8-2-2 poor uniformity, dark leaf after modulation.
