[目的]探讨接种不同根瘤菌对大豆植株生长状况、磷素吸收及产量品质的影响。[方法]以东农42和东农46为供试大豆,试验设4个处理,即不接种根瘤菌的CK组和分别接种根瘤菌R2、R4和R5的处理组,分析接种根瘤菌对大豆植株生长状况、磷素吸收以及产量和品质的影响。[结果]接种不同的根瘤菌可以显著增加东农42大豆植株根部、地上部的干生物量和磷含量,其中,根瘤菌R2的效果最好,其次是R5,并且根部增幅均较冠部明显;接种根瘤菌可以使东农42的产量明显增加,R5表现最好,但东农46的产量降低;接种根瘤菌后,大豆的蛋白质和脂肪的含量显著增加,R2表现最好,但是不同品种表现效果不同,东农42蛋白质含量增加明显,而东农46脂肪含量增加明显。不同菌种接种在不同品种大豆上表现效果是不同的。大豆接种适合的根瘤菌可以改善植株的生长特性,促进植株对磷素的吸收,提高大豆的产量,有效改善大豆品质。[结论]该研究结果为今后解决土壤缺磷问题、增加大豆产量和提高大豆品质提供了理论基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the effects of inoculation with different rhizobia on soybean plant growth, phosphorus uptake and yield and quality. [Method] With Dongnong 42 and Dongnong 46 as tested soybean, the experiment was divided into 4 treatments: CK without inoculation with rhizobia and rhizobia with R2, R4 and R5 respectively. Plant growth, phosphorus uptake and yield and quality. [Result] Inoculation of different rhizobia could significantly increase the dry biomass and phosphorus content of roots and shoots of Dongnong 42 soybean plant. Rhizobium R2 had the best effect, followed by R5, and the root growth rate was significantly higher than that of the crown ; Rhizobium inoculation could significantly increase the yield of Dongnong42, R5 performed the best, but the yield of Dongnong46 was reduced. The content of protein and fat in soybean increased significantly after rhizobia inoculation, R2 performed the best, but different varieties Different performance, Dongnong42 protein content increased significantly, while the Dongnong 46 fat content increased significantly. Different strains of inoculation in different varieties of soybean performance is different. Soybean inoculation of rhizobium can improve plant growth characteristics, promote plant absorption of phosphorus, increase soybean yield, effectively improve the quality of soybeans. [Conclusion] The results of this study provide theoretical basis for solving the problem of phosphorus deficiency in soil, increasing soybean yield and improving soybean quality in the future.
