地球物理勘探和地球化学勘探已成为地质普查勘探工作中一个重要手段,其作用日益显著。近年来,用物化探方法的地质效果越来越好,对一般金属矿床地面物探勘探深度已达213.5~305米,航空物探达152.5米。在物探技术发展中有以下几个特点: 1.激发极化法发展突出,且效果显著。此法探测深度比一般电法深,可勘探深度一般为200~300米,在理想条件下可达300~600米。此法不仅可以寻找硫化物矿床,而且在寻找地下水和铝土矿时效果也比较好。
