目的:探讨敦煌医方小补肾汤对镉染毒大鼠骨和肾功能的影响。方法:将SPF级Wistar大鼠60只按体质量随机分为6组:空白组、乙酰半胱氨酸组、模型组及小补肾汤高、中、低剂量组。空白组腹腔注射0.9%Na Cl,其余5组均腹腔注射0.1%氯化镉,1.5 mg/kg注射,相当于1.5 m L/kg,每周5次,共5周,进行染毒。染毒的同时,分别给予相应干预,乙酰半胱氨酸组组予乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片溶液(5.4 mg/m L)1 m L/100 g,小补肾汤各剂量组予相应剂量(高:2.7 g/m L,中:1.35 g/m L,低:0.675 g/m L)小补肾汤1 m L/100 g灌胃治疗,每天1次,连续5周。最后1次注射后,取血检测。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型组大鼠血清钙、磷、骨钙素(OC)显著降低,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,乙酰半胱氨酸组、小补肾汤高中低剂量组大鼠血清钙、磷、OC显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与空白对照组比较,模型组大鼠血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b(TRACP-5b)、尿素氮(BUN)显著升高,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,乙酰半胱氨酸组、小补肾汤高中低剂量组大鼠血清ALP、TRACP-5b、BUN显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小补肾汤对于镉染毒大鼠骨和肾功能具有一定的修复作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Xiaobushen Decoction of Dunhuang Medicine on bone and kidney function in cadmium-exposed rats. Methods: Sixty SPF Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups according to their body weight: blank group, acetylcysteine group, model group and Xiaobushen decoction group in high, medium and low dose groups. Compared with model group, serum ALP, TRACP-5b and BUN in high, medium and low dose groups of acetylcysteine and Xiaobushen Decoction were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Xiaobushen Decoction can restrain bone and kidney function of cadmium-exposed rats.
