云南省卫生系统政治工作会议暨思想政治工作研究会第三次年会,省级卫生系统“先进集体”、“先进模范工作者”表彰会于1994年6月20日～6月24日在澄江县举行。省委、省政府、省人大、玉溪地委、玉溪行署、澄江县政府以及有关方面的负责人。和云南省卫生系统思想政治工作者的代表250多人出席并参加了会议。省委常委、宣传部长王天玺同志发表了重要讲话。省卫生厅厅长、党组书记杨慈生同志在会上作了“加强和改进思想政治工作,促进卫生事业发展,提高人民健康水平”的主题报告,报告对云南省卫生系统3年来的思想工作情况作了总结和回顾,并就新形势下认真学习邓小平同志建设有中国特色的社会主义理论,结合我省卫生系统实际情况做好思想政治工作提出了努力方向。省级卫生系统“先
