为适应社会主义市场经济的转型发展,为不断提高体育专业理论课教学水平,全面推进以培养创新精神、创新能力和实践能力为重点的素质教育的需要,本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、实验法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法对探究式教学法和传统教学法在运动营养学教学中进行实验对比,研究发现:探究式教学法在激发学生学习兴趣方面具有明显优势;在拓展知识深度、能力培养、创新思维培养和科研素养培养等四个方面,具有非常明显的优势;而在提高学业成绩、拓展知识广度和增强课程价值认同感等三个方面,探究式教学法优势不明显。
