我国很多地区冬季环境温度在2℃以下,家庭需要采暖,温度不低于18℃,将室内、外热量和冷量混合可以制造蔬菜需要的贮藏条件。本文对小型家用蔬菜自然冷却冷藏箱的保温进行柔性设计,并在天津地区进行实验,冬季测试箱内外温度,验证贮藏效果。结果表明:在我国华北地区冬季自然环境下,北墙外侧离墙0m与1.6m相比,空气温度相差不超过1.5℃;当室外环境温度在-1~-6℃变化时,通过自动调节风扇的运行时间引入室内热空气,能保持冷藏箱内温度在设定范围;当环境温度低于某个极限温度,升温曲线会变成一条等于0℃且不随时间变化的直线,说明冷藏箱能在更低的外界温度下使用。
