目的:研究滇杠柳中的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶,RP-18硅胶,MCI,Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱进行分离,波谱分析等方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从滇杠柳氯仿萃取部分分离鉴定了10个单体化合物:滇杠柳苷元A-3-O-β-洋地黄毒吡喃糖苷(1),β-谷甾醇(2),滇杠柳苷Ⅰ(3),熊果酸(4),杠柳苷元(5),杠柳苷(6),北五加皮苷E(7),periplocoside M(8),胡萝卜苷(9),2α,3α,23-三羟基-乌苏-12-烯-28-羧酸(10)。结论:化合物1为一新的强心苷,化合物8为首次从滇杠柳中分离鉴定。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Dianbanliu Methods: The compounds were identified by column chromatography on silica gel, RP-18 silica gel, MCI, Sephadex LH-20 and spectroscopic analysis. Results: Ten monomer compounds were isolated and identified from the chloroform extraction of D. yunnanensis: auricol (A), β-sitosterol (A), β-sitosterol Glycosides Ⅰ (3), ursolic acid (4), pectinoside (5), biluoside (6), Penta pentaprid E (7), periplocoside M (8), daucosterol (9) 3α, 23-trihydroxy-uesu-12-ene-28-carboxylic acid (10). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new cardiac glycoside. Compound 8 was isolated and identified from Dibugan for the first time.
