一、前言目前,国内在混凝土坝施工中,水平施工缝的处理大多采用人工凿毛,风砂枪冲毛或用低压水冲洗初凝之混凝土面等施工方法。人工凿毛效率低,劳动强度大,每一千平方米水平缝要凿去混凝土30米~3。风砂枪冲毛污染严重,且仓面清理工作量大。而用低压水冲洗初凝之混凝土面,不仅冲走大量水泥砂浆扰动混凝土表层,且会再生乳皮。总之,现行的水平施工缝处理方法都已陈旧,不能适应现代生产的需要。近十几年来,国外混凝土坝工程开始采用高压水处理水平施工缝。据《国外水利水电消息》78年21期报导,近年来采用该法的工程有:美国的德沃歇克重力坝(坝高219米,体积
