耳真菌病为真菌进入外耳道后繁殖生长所引起的皮肤感染.笔者自1985年7月~1992年12月共诊治耳真菌病275例,均为广州地区患者.现报告如下.1 资料与方法1.1 临床资料275例中,男152例,女123例;年龄4~65岁,其中15~30岁210例(76.4%),病程15d~5年.其中,左耳92例,右耳122例,双耳61例.外耳道真菌病237例,乳突根治后术腔真菌感染38例,误诊为化脓性中耳炎、外耳道炎158例(57.5%).外耳道奇痒77例,轻度瘙痒167例;胀闷伴阻塞感145例;耳鸣96例;耳痛21例.检查:外耳道可见白色点状污秽物7例,缘黑色点状污秽物18例,黄白色块状、糊状污秽物250例.全部病例涂片送检,均找到真菌菌丝及孢子.真菌培养235例,阳性198例(84.2%),其中分离176株真菌:曲菌157株(89.2%),青霉菌12株(6.8%),白色念球菌7株(4.0%).

The author from July 1985 to December 1992 a total of 275 cases of ear fungal disease were diagnosed in Guangzhou patients are reported as follows.1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data of 275 cases, 152 males and 123 females, aged 4 to 65 years old, of which 210 cases (76.4%) 15 to 30 years old, duration of 15d to 5 years, of which 92 cases of left ear, 122 cases of right ear, 61 cases of both ears, external auditory canal mycosis 237 cases, 38 cases of postoperative curettage fungal infection, misdiagnosed as suppurative otitis media, 158 cases of otitis externa (57.5%) .7 cases of external auditory canal itching, mild pruritus 167 cases; Nausea with obstruction in 145 cases; tinnitus 96 cases; earache 21. In examination: external auditory canal visible white punctate grime in 7 cases, edge black punctate contamination 18 cases, yellow-white lumps, paste grime 250 cases. Among them, 176 strains of fungi were isolated: 157 (89.2%) of Aspergillus species, 12 (6.8%) of Penicillium species strains, , Candida albicans 7 (4.0%).
