旨在研究玉米品种在不同生育时期抗旱性差异,以18个玉米品种为材料,设置拔节期(T1)、大喇叭口期(T2)、吐丝期(T3)干旱胁迫,以及正常灌溉(CK)4个处理,对试验品种的抗旱性进行鉴定与评价。结果表明:干旱胁迫处理后各品种ASI值较对照不同程度延长1~6天。‘京农科728’、‘京科968’等9个品种的ASI值延长较少,‘中单28’、‘浚单20’等品种的ASI值延长较大。干旱胁迫处理后,‘京科968’、‘京农科728’等品种产量均相对较高;‘先玉335’、‘郑单958’等品种中等;‘浚单20’、‘中单28’等品种相对较低。由此可见,‘京科968’、‘京农科728’等为丰产性好、抗旱性强品种;‘郑单958’、‘先玉335’等为丰产性和抗旱性中等品种;‘辽单565’和‘纪元1号’等为丰产性和抗旱性差品种;‘中单28’等为丰产性最差和干旱敏感型品种。
The aim of this study was to investigate the differences of drought resistance in maize varieties at different growth stages. Eighteen maize cultivars were used as materials to set up the drought stress of jointing stage (T1), big bell mouth stage (T2) and silking stage (T3) ) 4 treatments, the drought resistance of the tested varieties were identified and evaluated. The results showed that the ASI value of all varieties prolonged by 1 ~ 6 days compared with the control after drought stress treatment. The ASI values of 9 varieties including ’Jingnongke 728’ and ’Jingke 968’ were less prolonged, and those of ’Zhongdan 28’ and ’Xundan 20’ were prolonged significantly. After drought stress, the yields of ’Jingke 968’ and ’Jingnongke 728’ were relatively high. The yield of ’Xiangyu 335’ and ’Zhengdan 958’ were medium; ’Xundan 20’ and ’Zhongdan 28 ’Other varieties are relatively low. Therefore, ’Jingke 968’ and ’Jingnongke 728’ are high-yielding and drought-resistant cultivars; ’Zhengdan 958’ and ’Xiangyu 335’ are middle-class varieties with high yield and drought resistance; Single 565 ’and’ Jianyuan 1 ’were high yield and poor drought resistance varieties;’ Zhongdan 28 ’was the worst yield-sensitive and drought-sensitive varieties.
