基于对高速凸轮动态性能问题的分析,设计研制了高速凸轮测试装置。该测试装置机械本体由直流伺服电机驱动,模块化组件构成,可以方便更换凸轮及改变凸轮机构的速度、刚度、载荷等参数,从而对不同状况下不同凸轮的动态性能进行测试分析。测试系统由LabWindows/CVI开发的虚拟仪器和RTX实时系统组成,RTX实时系统采样周期达到0.2 ms,负责采集数据,虚拟仪器负责数据分析处理,显示及存储。该测试装置工作稳定、可靠,为高速凸轮动态性能研究提供了一个有力工具。
Based on the analysis of the dynamic performance of high speed cam, a high speed cam testing device was designed and developed. The mechanical structure of the test device is driven by a DC servo motor. The modular structure makes it easy to change the cam and change the parameters of the cam mechanism such as speed, stiffness and load, so as to test and analyze the dynamic performance of different cams under different conditions. The test system is composed of LabWindows / CVI virtual instrument and real-time RTX system. The RTX real-time system sampling period reaches 0.2 ms, which is responsible for data collection. The virtual instrument is responsible for data analysis and processing, display and storage. The test device is stable and reliable, which provides a powerful tool for the research on the dynamic performance of high-speed cam.
