目的比较平板运动试验与冠状动脉造影结果,探讨平板运动试验在冠心病诊断中的价值。方法拟诊冠心病患者124例行平板运动试验,与冠状动脉造影检査结果进行比较,计算平板运动试验诊断冠心病的灵敏性、特异性和准确性。结果冠状动脉造影诊断冠心病92例,平板运动试验诊断87例;与冠状动脉造影结果进行比较,平板运动试验冠心病诊断的灵敏性为84.78%(78/92),特异性为71.88%(23/32),准确率为81.45%(101/124);平板运动试验诊断男性冠心病的灵敏性(93.94%)、特异性(81.82%)和准确率(92.21%)均高于女性冠心病患者(65.38%、71.43%、68.09%)(P<0.05)。结论平板运动试验诊断冠心病具有较高的灵敏性和准确率,对男性冠心病患者的诊断效能高于女性。
Objective To compare the results of treadmill exercise test and coronary angiography to explore the value of treadmill exercise test in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods Totally 124 patients with CHD were enrolled in the treadmill exercise test and compared with coronary angiography. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of treadmill exercise test in diagnosing CHD were calculated. Results Coronary angiography was used to diagnose coronary heart disease in 92 cases and treadmill exercise test in 87 cases. Compared with coronary angiography, the sensitivity of treadmill exercise test in diagnosis of coronary heart disease was 84.78% (78/92) and specificity was 71.88% (23 / 32), the accuracy rate was 81.45% (101/124). The sensitivity of treadmill exercise test in diagnosing CHD was 93.94%, specificity (81.82%) and accuracy (92.21%) were higher than those of CHD patients (65.38%, 71.43%, 68.09%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The treadmill exercise test in diagnosis of coronary heart disease has high sensitivity and accuracy, and its diagnostic efficiency is higher than that in women with coronary heart disease.
