当前职校学生在校学习表现常为:学习动力不足,自卑、无明确的学目标和学习计划,无成就感,兴趣的中心不在学习上,对学习消极应付。本文分析了职校学生学习动机不足的原因,探究学生学习心理的背后原因。探究教师如何在教学过程中激发与培养职校学生的学习动机。
Current vocational school students in school performance is often: lack of motivation, inferiority, no clear learning goals and learning plans, no sense of achievement, the center of interest is not learning, learning to deal with negative. This article analyzes the reasons for the lack of motivation for vocational school students and explores the reasons behind the students’ learning psychology.
