黄瓜一代杂种的利用越来越被人们所重视,但其制种过程中存在着授粉程序比较繁琐,结籽数较低等问题,导致了黄瓜杂交种成本较高。本试验的目的是研究在不同温度条件下散粉,对黄瓜结籽数和座果率的影响,以期寻找一条改进制种技术,提高种子产量的途径。
More and more attention has been paid to the utilization of cucumber hybrids, but there are some problems in the process of seed production, such as the complicated procedure of pollination and the low number of seeds, which leads to the higher cost of cucumber hybrids. The purpose of this experiment is to study the effect of different sizes of powder on the number of seeds and the fruit setting rate of cucumber under different temperature conditions in order to find a way to improve seed production technology and increase seed yield.
