以长沙地铁盾构的施工实践为例,对每台盾构原配置的垂直吊运设备编组、水平牵引列车编组及其作业效率进行详细分析,根据不同工序的严密排列,通过工期和效果的具体比较,科学的配置了满足业主工期要求的盾构配套设备。运用这一配置技术,不仅缩短工期,减少盲目性和浪费,而且取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Taking the construction practice of Changsha Metro Shield as an example, this paper detailedly analyzes the grouping of vertical lifting equipment, the horizontal trains and the operation efficiency of the original configuration of each shield, according to the strict arrangement of different processes and the concrete conditions of duration and effect Comparison, the scientific configuration of the shield to meet the requirements of the owners of the ancillary equipment.
