针对如何使刚刚参加水利行业工作的大学生尽快适应岗位需要,以提升职工技术业务水平和提高泵闸工程管理水平这一问题,以上海市堤防(泵闸)设施管理处第一期泵站水闸职工培训班模式为例,介绍了培训方案、培训方法、培训措施、培训效果,指出了培训存在的问题,提出了解决问题相应的对策。实践证明,课堂理论教学、现场理论教学、技能实践操作、参观实习等相互结合、融为一体的培训模式效果显著,达到预期效果,值得推广和应用。
