以联苯乙烯衍生物(4,4′-bis(2,2′-diphenylvinyl)-1,1′-biphenyl,DPVBi)和红荧烯(5,6,11,12-tetraphenylnaphthacene,Rubrene)分别为蓝色、橙色发射体,通过超薄插入的方法在DPVBi中插入一层Rubrene制备了结构简单的非掺杂型蓝色、橙色混合有机电致发光器件(OLED)。结果表明,器件电压对色度的影响规律随插入位置不同而变。当器件发光中以蓝色为主或以橙色为主时器件色坐标随电压的变化较小,而当器件中蓝色和橙色发射成分较为均衡时色坐标随电压的变化较大。其原因可归于电压对蓝色和橙色发射具有不同的影响。
The 4,4’-bis (2,2’-diphenylvinyl) -1,1’-biphenyl (DPVBi) and rubrene (5,6,11,12-tetraphenylnaphthacene, Rubrene) Blue and orange emitters, a simple structure of non-doped blue and orange hybrid organic electroluminescent devices (OLEDs) was fabricated by inserting a layer of Rubrene in DPVBi by ultrathin insertion. The results show that the influence of device voltage on chromaticity varies with insertion position. When the device is blue or orange, the color coordinate of the device changes little with the voltage, while the color coordinate changes greatly with the voltage when the blue and orange emission components of the device are balanced. The reason can be attributed to the voltage has a different effect on the blue and orange emission.
