利用S-8树脂分离葛根提取液中的葛根素,以S-8型大孔树脂对葛根素的吸附行为为研究对象,对葛根素的吸附平衡和吸附动力学进行了研究,发现S-8树脂对葛根素的吸附可以用Langmuir等温吸附方程和Freundlich等温吸附方程来描述,动力学研究表明实验所取初始浓度范围下S-8吸附葛根素的吸附速率由液膜控制,遵循Boyd液膜扩散模型。同时,进行动态吸附解吸实验,在室温(25°C)下,洗脱液为80%的乙醇时,洗脱效果较好,洗脱率为84%,一次纯化后所得产品中葛根素纯度为43.75%。
The adsorption of puerarin by S-8 macroporous resin and the adsorption kinetics of puerarin were studied by using S-8 resin for the adsorption of puerarin.
