在紧密结合现场实际的基础上,从功能、结构、流程3个方面提出了一种同时具备加药、分液、排液功能的分液包改进工艺,形成了4种不同的工艺模式。为了对比分离效率,采用DPM模型对液滴直径、凝析油量、生产气量进行了数值模拟分析,结果表明,改进的分液包具有更好的效果。又从井组试验和区块应用2个方面分析说明了改进方案的实际效果,改进后能够分离出更多的凝析油,日均外排放降低5.3 L,平均排放次数降低了2次/d,减轻了工作量,实现了伴生气凝析油的密闭集输,降低了安全风险,同时在材料选取和制作上兼具了良好的经济性能。
On the basis of closely combining with the actual situation in the field, an improvement process of the liquid separation package with the function of adding medicine, liquid separation and liquid discharge was put forward from the aspects of function, structure and flow in the process. Four different technological modes were formed. In order to compare the separation efficiency, the DPM model was used to simulate the droplet diameter, the amount of condensate and the amount of gas produced. The results showed that the improved liquid separation package had better effect. In addition, the actual effect of the improved scheme was analyzed and analyzed from two aspects of well group test and block application. After the improvement, more condensate oil could be separated, the daily average emission decreased by 5.3 L and the average emission reduced by 2 times / d , Reducing the workload and realizing the closed gas gathering with associated gas condensate, reducing the safety risk, and at the same time achieving good economic performance in material selection and production.
