本文依据机床动力学知识及模态分析理论,对Z32K万向摇臂钻床进行幅频特性、空运转振动和各阶主振型测试等动态性能试验,确定机内受迫振动的振源,分析得出薄弱模态,找出机床结构的薄弱环节,并提出了改进措施,使机床的动态性能得以提高。
Based on the knowledge of machine tool dynamics and modal analysis theory, dynamic performance tests of amplitude-frequency characteristics, air-to-air vibration and main vibration modes of Z32K universal radial drilling machine are carried out to determine the vibration source of forced vibration in the machine. Get the weak modal, find out the weak link of the machine tool structure, and put forward the improvement measures to improve the dynamic performance of the machine tool.
