档案信息网络化已成为人们获取、管理和利用档案信息资源的重要手段。然而．由于网络的高分散性和信息的易拷贝性以及档案保密意识的薄弱,导致档案信息网络化管理存在疏漏,使信息网络化建设中,档案信息的采集、存储、编研与资源共享等都存在泄密的可能。因此,如何做好档案信息安全保密工作,是各级档案部门亟待解决的问题。
